I started working with R&C in 2021 and all though my time has been short, I have been extremely grateful to work for a company that is passionate about helping their clients. I provide administrative assistance and support to all clients and team members within the Jacksonville and Orlando office. My start in the construction industry started as a carpenter’s apprentice learning how to frame and build custom homes when I was 20 years old. I have always loved working with my hands and understanding the “why” behind how buildings are built. This quest for understanding led me to learn about planning, prints, building codes and inspections. Over the last 30 years, I have been involved in many areas of residential building and remodeling.
Shane Douglas
Shane works in operations to ensure quality control and exceeding customer’s expectations with superior workmanship. His experience is drawn from a start in Finance after college; but soon founded a commercial construction company and a real estate investment/property management company. After the opportunity came to get into roofing seven years ago; Shane dove into all aspects of residential and commercial roofing, from working hands on as well as supervision and sales.
